Paralelamente se realiza una bajada práctica a partir de la exposición de un caso de estudio –Villa Francia– haciéndolo dialogar con los principales tópicos que hoy en día se trabajan desde los estudios de las memorias post-dictadura. Uno de los aspectos centrales que se aborda es la relación entre espacialidad y memoria, como resultado de las expresiones materiales y sim-bólicas que ha conllevado el proceso de memorialización. Ejemplificado en Villa Francia, se expone como se da esta relación en una comunidad que disiente de los contenidos y expresiones de la memoria oficial. Una de las principales polémicas que desde hace décadas ha envuelto a la doctrina, a la jurisprudencia y a los propios legisladores, ha sido la del control jurisdiccional de los actos de naturaleza «política» emanados del Gobierno; cuyos argumentos centrales giran por un lado, alrededor de la necesidad de asegurar la independencia del Ejecutivo en tanto centro de acción política del Estado y, por el otro, la de garantizar el sometimiento de todas las actuaciones del poder público al Derecho, sin ninguna clase de excepción. Este trabajo se propone abordar una revisión de las ideas doctrinales y jurisprudenciales sobre el tema en el contexto español, con el objetivo de, a partir de hacer un análisis de la concepción del actual Estado de Derecho, avanzar en la superación del concepto de acto político en tanto categoría autónoma que predica la subsistencia de actuaciones del Poder ejecutivo exentas del adecuado control judicial.

Security Challenges Health Security Challenges: Biological Weapons and Pandemic Christian Enemark This article examines two disease-based threats to Australia's security—biological weapons and pandemic influenza—and the national and international dimensions of Australia's response. Overall, the best response is to increase public health capacity because the measures needed to protect people during a naturally-occurring infectious disease outbreak are largely the same as would be required to mitigate a biological attack. The article assesses also that the Biological Weapons Convention should be supported as an emerging instrument of global health, and that the Australian Government needs to improve its published plan for responding to pandemic influenza, especially with regard to vaccines.

Our aim is to build a set of rules, such that reasoning overtemporal dependencies within gene regulatory networks is possible. Theunderlying transitions may be obtained by discretizing observed time se-ries, or they are generated based on existing knowledge, e.g. by Booleannetworks or their nondeterministic generalization. We use the mathemat-ical discipline of formal concept analysis (FCA), which has been appliedsuccessfully in domains as knowledge representation, data mining or soft-ware engineering. By the attribute exploration algorithm, an expert or asupporting computer program is enabled to decide about the validity ofa minimal set of implications and thus to construct a sound and com-plete knowledge base. From this all valid implications are derivable thatrelate to the selected properties of a set of genes. We present results ofour method for the initiation of sporulation in Bacillus subtilis. Howeverthe formal structures are exhibited in a most general manner. Propolis, a natural anti biotic is a resinous yellow brown to dark brown substance that honey bees collect from tree buds, sap flow, shrubs or other botanic sources. The pharmacologically active molecules in the Propolis are flavanoids and phenolic acids and their esters. Propolis has a degree of anti microbial action against fungi such as Candida Albicans and some bacteria including a range of oral micro organisms and viruses and may be as effective as acyclovir against herpes simplex virus. It also has immuno modulatory activity with augmentation of non specific anti tumor resistance. In
